What happens in a session

Every session is tailored to what feels important and manageable for you — a steady, supportive space where you can explore what's been happening.

Online or telephone

Sessions can be online or by telephone.

50 minutes weekly

Sessions last 50 minutes and take place weekly. We work at a pace that feels manageable, noticing what comes up and what feels possible each week.

Clear fees

Sessions cost £50. A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available if this would help.
